Message an Admin
If you have the Acetyl Client open and are able to chat, you can contact an administrator directly inside the client. To send a direct message, format your message starting with @username, followed by a space and your message (ensure you include the comma after the username).

For account issues, ban appeals, or inquiries that cannot be handled through in-app chat, write to us directly at [email protected]. Please include your current username and any relevant details so we can assist you.
Feedback Form
If you want to suggest a feature, share general thoughts, or report a visual or technical bug, submit it via our Feedback Form. Reports submitted here go directly to admins and are high priority. To access the feedback form, go to the chat client: acetyl.cc/client, and click on the #guidelines page. Then scroll to the bottom and click on the 'Feedback Form' link.
